Agreement, Rules and Regulations

I have inspected this vehicle and have found it to be in good working order, and I agree to return this vehicle in the same condition as when rented or to pay for any damage to the cart while it is rented to me. I understand that the Third Party Insurance only covers any injury claim or damage to other vehicles up to a limit of $20,000.00BZE (or as amended by the insurance company) and that I shall be liable for anything over that amount. I also understand that reckless driving or any damage to the cart cause by driving under the influence of alcohol will void the Third Party Insurance. All accidents resulting in damage must be reported to Ultimate Rentals and the police immediately and failure to report any accident will void the insurance. I will take full responsibility for any accident or damage that may occur during my rental period which is not covered by the Third Party Insurance, and I hold harmless this rental agency and Ultimate Destinations Belize LTD. In case of damage to this vehicle, I agree to pay for said damage caused under my rental period. An open credit card imprint or cash security deposit is required and will be closed /returned upon return of vehicle in same condition as when rented to me. By signing this contract, I hereby authorize Ultimate Rentals to charge my credit card (an imprint of which has been signed by me) for any damages incurred, fuel used, or additional time if the cart is not returned by the agreed time. I agree that any of these expenses incurred and charged to my credit card is final and that I shall not employ the service of my credit card company as a means of settling any dispute related to this matter. No other person, unless authorized by Ultimate Rentals, may carry out any repair or alteration to the cart. I declare that the cart will be for my private and personal use and agree not to pass this cart on to any other person to use. I assume full responsibility for any other person whom I allow to drive this vehicle. A $150 fee will be charged if the cart needs to be towed back. I will also agree to pay $8.00USD for any excessive amount of cleaning needed. If I do not return this rental unit within the designated time, which includes a 15 minute leeway, I agree to pay two times my normal rate for any extra time I have the cart. Unless, I have informed Ultimate Rentals before my rental contract expires. Any extension of rental time is subject to availability. I also understand and agree that there is no refund for unused time. I have been provided with a lock, cable and keys. If I do not return any of these, I agree to pay $25.00USD. I have noted the amount of fuel in the tank. I agree to return the cart with the same amount of fuel or be charged $12.00BZE per gallon (refueling charge).

I also agree to the following rules: Obey all road rules. No drunken driving. Lock cart at all times. No driving on Airport Runway. Gas must be refilled or paid for. No overloading of golf cart. Four (4) persons maximum on 4-seater golf cart. Six (6) persons maximum on a 6-seater golf cart.No bicycles on golf cart.No underage drivers. Violation of any of the above is subject to a fine of $100BZE.
